JOB SUMMARY
LincolnBridge Financial Planning is a growing independent, fee-only fiduciary wealth management firm serving successful individuals and families. We are seeking an Investment Operations & Paraplanner who wants to become an integral part of a collaborative team.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

WORK LOCATION: Oglesby, IL (In Person)

DUTIES
Investment Operations & Portfolio Support

• Execute portfolio trades and assist with rebalancing
• Maintain advisory accounts and process account paperwork
• Coordinate money movements, transfers, and account maintenance
• Prepare investment reports and portfolio analysis
• Support portfolio management and investment research

Paraplanning & Financial Planning Support

• Gather and organize client financial data
• Prepare financial planning analyses and planning software reports
• Assist advisors with retirement, tax, insurance, and estate planning strategies
• Draft meeting preparation materials and follow-up action items
• Participate in internal case discussions and planning strategy sessions

Skills & Experience (Preferred)

• 1–5 years of experience in an RIA, wealth management firm, or financial planning practice
• Experience with financial planning software
• Experience processing account paperwork and transfers
• Experience executing investment trades
• Experience with portfolio reporting or rebalancing software
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pay: $65,000–$75,000 per year
